1. Who we are
X0Tech ("X0Tech," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital agency based in Texas, USA, providing web development, UI/UX design, SaaS platform development, and AI integration services. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit x0tech.com (the "Site") or contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can control it. It applies to visitors, prospective clients, and anyone who submits information through our contact form.
2. Information we collect
We collect information in two ways:
- Information you give us.When you submit our contact form, this may include your name, email address, company, project budget, and any project details you choose to share. If you email or call us directly, we'll also have whatever you include in that correspondence.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and analytics tools may automatically log standard technical data such as your IP address, approximate location (derived from IP), browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on those pages, for security and site-performance purposes.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive categories of personal information (such as health data, financial account numbers, or government ID numbers) through this Site, and we ask that you not include this kind of information in the contact form.
3. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and discuss a potential project.
- To send project-related communications if you become a client.
- To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of our website.
- To understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it.
- To meet legal, accounting, or regulatory obligations we're subject to.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
4. Who we share information with
We don't sell or rent your information. We do rely on a small number of third-party service providers to run this Site and our business, and your information may pass through them strictly to perform that function:
- Hosting & infrastructure — to serve the Site and store technical logs.
- Email & communication tools — to receive and respond to contact-form submissions.
- Analytics tools — to understand aggregate site traffic and usage patterns.
These providers only process information on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required to by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of X0Tech, our clients, or others.
6. How we protect your information
We use industry-standard safeguards — including HTTPS encryption in transit and access controls on the systems that store your information — to protect it from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we work hard to protect your information, we can't guarantee absolute security.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry or, if you become a client, for the duration of our working relationship and any period required afterward for accounting, tax, or other legal purposes. Automatically collected technical logs are typically retained for a limited period for security purposes and then deleted or aggregated.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you're located, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to:
