These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of x0tech.com (the "Site") and, once you engage us for a project, your relationship with X0Tech ("we," "us," or "our"). By using this Site or working with us, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Site or engage our services.

This Site and our services are intended for businesses and professional use. By using the Site or submitting the contact form, you confirm that you're at least 18 years old and are authorized to act on behalf of any company or organization you represent.

3. Our services

X0Tech provides web development, UI/UX design, software platform development, custom software, and AI integration services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are agreed separately in a written proposal or statement of work before work begins — nothing on this website, including the pricing calculator, constitutes a binding quote or offer.

4. Pricing and payment

Pricing shown on this site (including our project calculator and retainer plans) is an estimate to help you plan, not a final price. Every engagement is confirmed with a fixed, itemised quote after a scoping call. Payment terms, including any deposit, milestone schedule, and late-payment terms, are set out in your project agreement and take precedence over anything shown on this Site.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom deliverables (code, designs, and other project-specific work product) transfers to the client upon final payment. X0Tech retains the right to reuse general knowledge, tools, frameworks, and non-client-specific components developed during a project, and may reference completed work in our portfolio unless a client requests otherwise in writing.

Everything on this Site — its design, text, graphics, logos, and underlying code — is owned by X0Tech or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share this content for personal, non-commercial reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, or repurpose it commercially without our written permission.

6. Use of this website

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision will be interpreted to best reflect its original intent within the limits of applicable law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of- law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Texas, unless otherwise agreed in a specific project contract.
